Dr. Christophe Thurieau, Ph.D. IPSEN serves as Vice President of Research at IPSEN. Dr. Thurieau joined IPSEN in October 1996 where he has established, and developed, new chemistry and biological technology platforms within Research activities.
He has been responsible for all the research activities (France, US, UK) within IPSEN Since 2002. Prior to joining IPSEN, Dr. Thurieau served as Laboratory Head at Servier Research institute in France from 1989 to 1996, where he developed research programs in inflammation and cardiovascular diseases. He served as a Director of PregLem SA. He has authored more than 30 original research articles in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and holds 25 patents. Dr. Thurieau obtained pre and post-doctoral training at Harvard Medical School, Boston (US) and received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI in 1988.
